Margaritaville Resort Orlando Announces Next Round of Retailers
Encore Capital Management, owner and developer of Sunset Walk at Margaritaville Resort Orlando, is pleased to announce seven new and exciting dining options to open at the shopping, dining and entertainment district in the coming months.
Among the new attractions will be the first Florida locations of two restaurants, and three popular restaurant concepts from Tampa-based hospitality company 23 Restaurant Services.
“Sunset Walk at Margaritaville Resort Orlando is coming to life as we bring in new, unique experiences, shopping and dining opportunities,” said Arthur Falcone, CEO and Managing Principal of Encore Capital Management. “With such a diverse offering of places to visit and dine and more joining over the coming months, this will be a destination to visit again and again.”
The most notable of the new additions are the restaurants from 23 Restaurant Services. Yeoman’s Cask & Lion, a British-themed pub and eatery, will dish out British staples such as bangers and mash, fish and chips, and Shepherd’s pie. The lively eatery will boast an ultra-modern atmosphere full of eclectic pop art and memorabilia. Ford’s Garage, known for American comfort food and craft beer, delivers an old-timey vibe, designed to feel like a 1920s- service station (complete with classic cars) and a Prohibition-era inspired bar. Capone’s Coal Fired Pizza offers a mix of traditional and specialty pizzas all made to order in 800-degree coal fired ovens, as well as an extensive menu of pasta and sandwiches.
Also worth celebrating: the first Florida location of Café D’Avignon. This New York-based concept, known for its fresh made breads and pastries, will serve breakfast and lunch daily, as well as a variety of specialty coffees and teas.
Another restaurant making its Florida debut at Sunset Walk will be Chicago-based Blue Agave. This eatery specializes in authentic Mexican cuisine and regularly stocks 200 different varieties of tequila.
Two other restaurants will open at Sunset Walk this fall. Florida favorite Bento Asian Kitchen & Sushi will feature authentic sushi, rice and noodle bowls, bento boxes, poke bowls and Boba teas, with most dishes in the $8-$11 price range. IT’SUGAR, a modern-day candy store, will sweeten Sunset Walk with hundreds of different candy confections that are sure to please every sweet tooth.
New restaurants at Sunset Walk will join previously announced tenants such as Studio Movie Grill, GameTime, Rock & Brews, Skechers, Bahama Bucks, Avalon Day Spa, Cold Stone Creamery, Paradise Spirits and Wine, and BurgerFi.
Sunset Walk will be in walking distance or a short trolley ride to the other offerings at Margaritaville Resort Orlando, including the Margaritaville Hotel, Margaritaville Cottages and Island H2O Live! waterpark
Central Florida’s newest resort destination is situated across 300-acres in a haven of lagoons and lakes on U.S. Highway 192, adjacent to State Road 429 in Osceola County, across from Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
