Rise Walnut Creek Secures Construction Financing

The Rise Walnut Creek, located in Walnut Creek, California, has secured more than $59 million in construction financing. The project, which will be a six-story building with nearly 11,000 square feet of retail space, plus luxury amenities, will benefit from its close proximity to San Francisco. 20 of the 97 apartment units are designated for short-term rentals.
