South Florida Business Journal Names Art Falcone Real Estate Power Leader for 5th Straight Year

For the fifth year in a row, Art Falcone has been named a “Real Estate Power Leader” by the South Florida Business Journals. The annual list honors changemakers in the real estate community. This year’s honorees were even more significant as they navigated their companies and our state through the pandemic at a time when the real estate sector was deemed an essential business.

Falcone and his team currently have $7 billion in development projects nationwide, including Miami Worldcenter, Margaritaville Resort Orlando, Plantation Walk and Encore Resort at Reunion.
