Margaritaville Resort Orlando Debuts New Look, Menu for Signature Restaurant

The signature restaurant at Margaritaville Resort Orlando has undergone a makeover. Euphoria restaurant, now called Euphoria Fish House, has a new chef, new look and a new menu.

Chef Joseph McFadden, a 25-year veteran from Westport, Ireland, will lead the restaurant and bring new flavors. New menu items include shrimp and grits, lobster roll, calamari, yellowtail snapper, Chilean sea bass, a Wagyu burger (also available plant-based) and a grilled New York strip steak.

The cuisine was inspired by island coastal communities, and will offer a mix of specialty cocktails, beers, wines in a setting with live performances.
