Ford's Garage Coming to Plantation Walk
Encore Capital Management, the developer of Plantation Walk, the $350 million mixed-use development in the heart of Western Broward County, is excited to announce that Ford’s Garage has joined the project’s restaurant lineup.
The gourmet burger and craft beer restaurant that will occupy nearly 7,700 SF in addition to spacious outdoor seating. The restaurant is designed to feel like a 1920s service station complete with vintage Ford vehicles and a prohibition-era inspired bar.
The menu includes 12 signature half-pound black Angus burgers and customers have the option of substituting the patty with either Australian Wagyu or a veggie burger.
American comfort food entrees like meatloaf, the chicken Henry, and macaroni and cheese are also offered on the restaurant's extensive menu.
Ford's Garage has a cocktail menu with a variety of signature drinks in addition to wine and a selection of 150 different beers (40 on tap).
The first Ford’s Garage location opened in Fort Myers in 2012, and they have continued to expand across Florida. The restaurant is expected to be open at Plantation Walk by the fourth quarter of this year.
Ford’s Garage joins previously announced Taco Craft, a favorite South Florida taqueria and tequila bar that will occupy 4,000 SF in addition to a takeout window and patio seating.
